Thank you for visiting the DCAA website. Here at the DCAA, we consider public service a privilege. The strength of our service lies in our personal commitment to excellence. DCAA recruits and retains some of the most advanced minds in the field of pre-hospital emergency medicine. We provide outstanding training and constantly challenge our employees to further develop their skills. Our EMTs and Paramedics have the opportunity to build a life-long career at DCAA and I am proud of our experienced, talented, and dedicated workforce.  

​DCAA is at the forefront of emergency preparedness as well as emergency response. Our personnel participates in drills with local, regional, state, and federal agencies to ensure a coordinated response to any emergency. The agency actively supports local efforts to support the growth of healthcare and a healthier community in rural Doddridge County. DCAA is committed to providing equitable, high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care to all of Doddridge County residents and visitors. The agency also strives to keep Doddridge County's families and neighborhoods safe by providing community education and programming. DCAA offers a range of programs in the community, such as the Project Life Saver to seniors, a CPR program available to any citizen which teaches a high number of individuals how to perform CPR every year and Stop the Bleed courses.
DCAA has a strong bond with the community and serves the County of Doddridge with pride.
